CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS FOUNDATION, INC.
The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. (CBCF) was established in 1976 as a non-partisan, non-profit, public policy, research and educational institute. By focusing on education, economic development and public health issues, the CBCF works to effect positive and sustainable change in the African American community and the global African Diaspora. NATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR CREDIT COUNSELING
Founded in 1951, the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC)(tm), Inc., through its Member agencies, sets the national standard for quality credit counseling, debt reduction services and education for financial wellness. NFCC is the nation's largest and longest serving national nonprofit credit counseling network. With more than 1,000 community-based agency offices across the country, NFCC Members help over 1.5 million households annually. NFCC Members, often known as Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) or other names, can be identified by the NFCC Member seal. This seal signifies high standards for agency accreditation, counselor certification and policies that ensure free or low-cost confidential services. NFCC Member offices can be reached in communities nation-wide, toll-free at 1-800-388-2227, or on-line at: www.nfcc.org.

NATIONAL CONGRESS FOR COMMUNITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
National Congress for Community Economic Development is a trade association and advocate for the community-based development industry. Founded in 1970, NCCED represents over 3,600 community development corporations (CDCs) across America. CDCs produce affordable housing and create jobs through business and commercial development activities. NCCED services the community development industry through public policy research and education, special projects, newsletters, publications, training, conferences, and specialized technical assistance.

NATIONAL URBAN LEAGUE
National Urban League is the nation's oldest and largest community-based movement devoted to empowering African Americans to enter the economic and social mainstream. The mission of the Urban League movement is to enable African Americans to secure economic self-reliance, parity and power and civil rights. Their strategy is to ensure social and educational development of youth, economic self-sufficiency and racial inclusion.
