NELSON MANDELA RECEIVES CBCF'S MILLENNIUM AWARD

Nelson Mandela (joined by CBC Chair, Congressman Mel Watt, and several members of the Congressional Black Caucus) is presented the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s prestigious Millennium Award by CBCF Chair, Congressman. William J. Jefferson. The former President of South Africa accepted the award following a meeting with the Congressional Black Caucus during a recent visit to the U.S.
