Housing Deadlines & Cancellations

Reservations made after Monday, August 16, 2010 are not guaranteed to receive the ALC discounted rate and are subject to hotel availability. Cancellations made after Monday, August 16, 2010 will be assessed a per room cancellation fee. Cancellation fees vary by hotel. In addition, “no show” reservations will be cancelled and charged for the entire stay per reservation. Please contact your individual hotel for details.
