WASHINGTON – The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. (CBCF) today unveiled powerful new visual branding and a new organizational website.

The new brand honors the strong legacy of the foundation while positioning the organization for the future. The new logo takes its inspiration from the eye of the U.S. Capitol Rotunda and invokes a spirit of uplift and achievement. While other logos that incorporate images of the Capitol focus display the dome from the outside, the new CBCF logo positions the viewer inside the building, looking upward – a powerful visual representation of the foundation’s work in developing the next generation of Black leaders and advancing the global Black community to its highest point.

The branding also utilizes photographic imagery and a variety of modern graphical elements. The color scheme incorporates the traditional red and black for which the foundation is known, while bringing in bright and approachable colors in an expanded secondary palette.

The new website, www.cbcfinc.org, highlights the new brand elements and provides improved site architecture for a better user experience. The site also features increased accessibility.

“We are very excited to launch our new brand and website and advance the CBCF into its next era of service,” said CBCF President and CEO Tonya Veasey. “These assets help to tell the story of where we’ve been, where we are, and where we want to go in a bold and visually appealing way. We are proud to present this brand that reflects the visionary impact of our program participants, alumni, and supporters.”
