Potential Unleashed—Success Strategies for Black Women Leaders

This dynamic panel will explore effective strategies to empower Black women to rise in leadership positions. It will be composed of accomplished Black women leaders who will share their personal/professional experiences and offer advice on mentorship, networking, and advocacy. Participants will identify the specific obstacles Black women face in leadership, develop actionable plans, and share best practices for professional development and advancement. We will also explore the question, “What does it look like for Black women leaders to support each other?”
