The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation hosted the 53rd Annual Legislative Conference (ALC), from September 11 to 15, 2024, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
From empowering panel discussions to the vibrant energy of the Exhibit Hall and the celebration of Black excellence, we came together to build a path toward progress and empowerment under this year’s them Vision to Victory: Amplifying Black Voices.
Led by honorary co-chairs Representative Lucy McBath and Representative Troy Carter, this year’s conference featured five days of premium programming and signature events including the Prayer Breakfast, National Town Hall, Phoenix Awards and Black Party.
