Black America Counts

The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. (CBCF) and Fair Count, Inc. today launched ‘Black America Counts’ to identify hard-to-count (HTC) communities across the nation to help guide outreach and mobilization efforts with the goal of increasing census participation.
