The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Incorporated (CBCF) today announced that the Tracking Foundation donated grants totaling $3.75 million from the charitable foundation established by philanthropist Stephen Feinberg to support scholarships and internships for African American and Black students. Mr. Feinberg is the co-founder and co-chief executive officer of Cerberus Capital Management, a global private equity firm with investment assets across complementary credit, private equity, and real estate platforms.
